Following works are proposed to be carried out at Surkha North Lignite Mine Bhavnagar, District- Bhavnagar, Gujarat._x000D_

• The Work of Removal of Overburden/Interburden by excavation, transportation to dumps and related ancillary activities.
• The Work of Excavation and Loading of Lignite into consumer truck/dumpers from mine face and related ancillary activities.
• Combined Work of Transportation & Unloading of lignite from mines face to Stack yard on the ground surface level and Re- Loading of Lignite into consumer’s trucks from stack yard on the ground surface level and related ancillary activities.
• De-watering of rain/seepage water from the pit bottom by installing the adequate numbers of the SS pumps (Electrical/Diesel) and required all accessories to carry out the pumping operation.
